of course those short cuts usually are a bit more dangerous and could easily make you crash if you dont take the right line. they have plenty of cool secret short cuts (which arent very secret because you can follow the cpu and they will usually take the fastest possible paths). the maps are representative of the nightlife street racing. which is a good thing otherwise i would not have had any incentive to finish the game. i probably spent more time customizing than actually racing. Gameplay: the gameplay consist of racing and customization. As you race your reputation goes up and you get to unlock new cars, parts, and vinyls that make your car visually more appealling.
i cant say much for the storyline but the gameplay more than made up for it.Īpparently your trying to make a name for your self and some cool girl decides to take you under her wing. Overall: i was never a fan of racing games until i picked this game up at the platinum hits price and gave it a chance.
